Bet on Gaming Holdings, LLC is a minority owned company formed to create market access, invest and operate gaming and entertainment ventures including digital sports betting, brick and mortar hotel and casinos, video lottery sports betting retail facilities and provide business to business technological solutions through our subsidiary, Digital Entertainment Gaming Solutions, LLC, to operators in the gaming industry.

Through its affiliates, Bet on Gaming Holdings, LLC is the first minority owned licensed online mobile sports betting operator by the Virginia Lottery Commission and in the United States and plans are in the works to expand in numerous other states.

We are also active investors in pursuit of brick and mortar casino opportunities throughout the United States as well as establishing sports book retail facilities in the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland.
